- You may not scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from the site, the AI outputs, or any associated APIs.
- If you provide your phone number and grant consent, you may receive automated SMS or calls relating to your inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, written copy, code, and audio assets are owned by Oakford. You retain ownership of any input you provide, including audio captured by your microphone during a session.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Oakford makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oakford's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or service is limited to USD 50. Oakford is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
